Testimonials/CommentsI think I was instrumental in getting this software started again as I asked for
help on the RS Mailing List in organizing VTeaching. Ken Caswell agreed to
refine the product he had if I could live with the beta testing. I highly
recommend the program for any RS President or PH leader who finds it too
difficult to use the ward computer system because of the distance involved,
scheduling or whatever. Our chapel is 7 miles to drive to, with 1 clerk's
office populated by 2 wards and a stake! Not a convenient solution to computer
tracking of statistics because of scheduling and the fact that I also work full
time. Anyway, we love the reports that are available, we have a list to give to
VT supervisors, a detailed list of each district for the Vteachers, etc. I

President After being called as the Relief Society President in January 1999 I became overwhelmed with trying to organize the Visiting Teaching assignments as well as keeping track of the sister's attendance. The Relief Society Management System helped me get all of my information organized in a minimum amount of time and gave me the ability to print out the information in easy-to-read, concise reports. The Bishop was thrilled when I handed him my reports on a monthly basis with every Visiting Teacher and route continually up to date and a list of sisters who were not attending any meetings. It helped both of us in focusing our attention on the areas needing it. This program has certainly made my life easier as RS President and given me extra time to devote to the people instead of the paper.
